Extreme Celexa Weight Gain

extreme celexa weight gainIf you’re experiencing extreme weight gain while taking Celexa, you’re not alone.

Weight gain is one of the most common side effects of Celexa.

Just like with Paxil and Zoloft.

And sometimes the weight gain becomes extreme.

The extreme Celexa weight gain can most likely be attributed to two causes:

1. Celexa causes strong food cravings in some people who take it.

2. There’s a very good chance that Celexa has lowered your resting metabolic rate.

If you’re eating more, then certainly some of the weight gain can be explained that way. But most people I’ve heard from swear they don’t eat more. So that leaves only your metabolic rate as the most likely cause of weight gain.

The first thing you need to do for extreme Celexa weight gain is to drink lots of water.

If you weigh 100 pounds; drink 50 ounces of water per day. If you weigh 150 pounds; drink 75 ounces. If you weigh 200 pounds; drink 100 ounces per day. You may have to work your way up to that amount if you’re not used to it.

The second most important thing to do to help with the Celexa weight loss is to take fish oil capsules and Vitamin E capsules and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) capsules. Again, a rather simple solution.

All three nutritional supplements can be readily available in health food stores.

Simply drinking more water and taking these three supplements can go a long way to helping with weight loss – due to Celexa or no matter how you gained the weight.

And if that’s not enough, there are more potent supplements you can take; supplements specifically designed to help with extreme Celexa weight gain.Click here.

I’ve received numerous comments from Celexa users. Their messages always start out the same:

“I’ve made no lifestyle changes and I’m gaining tons of weight.”

    • Some even say they’re “working out like crazy” and it doesn’t help a bit.
    • Many say they’ve been thin their whole lives. Until they started Celexa.
    • Most say they lose the weight when they stop taking Celexa. (A few don’t.)

You already know that Celexa is a powerful mood altering drug with dozens – if not hundreds – of side effects. And nobody even really knows how it works. The whole ‘serotonin deficiency syndrome’ is a theory. Not proven facts.

With so little honest information available, with so much unknown, is it any wonder that we have excessive Celexa weight gain?

Start by drinking more water. If you do nothing else, drink more water!

But whatever you do, DO NOT stop taking Celexa without first consulting your doctor!
