Paxil Diary

Paxil DiaryLooking for a Paxil diary? Try this first…

If you’re taking Paxil, then you need to be keeping a diary.

One of the smartest things you can do while taking Paxil is to write down your experiences in a diary. For several reasons…

No matter what you’re doing – no matter what your lifestyle – whether you take Paxil or not – keeping a diary says:

“I matter.”

“I have value.”

“My life is important enough.”

Everybody loves to read someone else’s diary. Especially if it pertains to them in some way. Such as – reading about the lives of your parents or grandparents when they were young. (So if you have kids – you can imagine how much they’ll someday enjoy reading yours.)

Or in this case – because the diary writer is engaging in behaviors or activities that interest you; by taking some antidepressant.

Another reason to keep a Paxil diary is to provide useful information regarding your experiences. Even though doctors generally disregard what their patients tell them (antidotal evidence often is seen as having little or no value) – it’s still the main source of information regarding long-term use of antidepressants.

Scientific long-term studies are rare – for obvious reasons. Mainly because:

    • Patients want a quick-fix to their problems and rarely hold a long-term viewpoint.
    • The longer you’re on antidepressants, the more damage it does to your body.

By keeping a diary of your antidepressant use over time – you’re creating valuable information for yourself and perhaps others.

Don’t worry if you haven’t been keeping one up till now. Just start today! Over time, it can be a real eye-opener to see how you have or haven’t changed.

Even if you’re not taking Paxil you would still be well-advised to keep an ‘emotional diary’ or a ‘life diary’. Chronicle your moods and see how they change over time.

Perhaps you’ll find patterns. Or clues you can use to improve yourself.

In addition to reading about starting a Paxil diary, it’s also important to understand the underlying causes that would lead someone to such a painful place.

I almost feel guilty because my life has become so enjoyable and so easy. Especially since I remember how miserable I used to be.

Basically it comes down to making one slight shift in what you do everyday, and you can watch in amazement as your life slowly begins to start working out in almost every way.

It’s such an important change that I’ve written a complete e-book about it. And I’d like to give you a copy for free. All you have to do is write your first name and primary email address into the space below, and you’ll be receiving a link to download the e-book right away.
