Sexual Side Effects Celexa

Sexual Side Effects CelexaIf you’re concerned about the sexual side effects while taking Celexa, you’re not alone.

While reports vary widely, about one third of patients taking Celexa seem to have some sort of unwanted sexual side effects. A lack of interest in sex – in fact, a lack of ability to enjoy sex at all – seems to be the trade-off for taking Celexa. At least for a significant minority.

And there really is no good solution. The best ‘official’ answer is to take wellbutrin on top of the Celexa. Drugs on top of drugs.

Does this seem like a good idea to you?

Remember, Celexa is designed to hide symptoms. But symptoms are there for a reason. Symptoms are the voice of pain.

When you shut down the symptoms in one area, they generally find a way to come at you in another area. Maybe the sexual side effects on Celexa amount to a different way for the pain to express itself. Maybe you’re giving up the symptoms of depression and substituting the symptoms of no sexual desire or ability.

Maybe the underlying problem hasn’t really changed at all.

I believe Celexa – like all antidepressants – are best used only in truly desperate circumstances – and then only for a limited time period. To help a person ‘catch their breath’ – so they can regain some of their own personal power – so they can deal with their problems head-on.

Unfortunately, depression medications often become lifestyle choices – to deal with unpleasant and unwanted emotions. Too many people have resigned themselves to spending a lifetime on antidepressants.

Like diabetics taking insulin.

Even though, to my knowledge, no case of a person with a deficiency of Celexa has ever been discovered.

Do you angrily defend your need for Celexa? That’s a sure sign you may be using it as a crutch rather than an ally in your quest to get better. And sexual side effects may be the price you pay.

Celexa can be one tool in fighting depression or anxiety.

The question is, what else am I doing to improve myself? How can I take charge of my life? How can I be more responsible for my pain?

How can I be the author of my life, rather than the victim of my circumstances?

It’s also important to understand the underlying causes that would lead someone to such an unwanted place.

I almost feel guilty because my life has become so enjoyable and so easy. Especially since I remember how miserable I used to be.

Basically it comes down to making one slight shift in what you do everyday, and you can watch in amazement as your life slowly begins to start working out in almost every way.

It’s such an important change that I’ve written a complete e-book about it. And I’d like to give you a copy for free. All you have to do is write your first name and primary email address into the space below, and you’ll be receiving a link to download the e-book right away.

Free e-book reveals exactly what to do right now, starting today, to feel better.
