Many people go through life without forgiving themselves for anything.

that bad habit…
that painful relationship…
that lack of money…
Many use denial and avoidance as a tool for coping with life.
The problem is, it’s like dragging a heavy weight along behind you. Maybe you ‘got over’ it – but it didn’t get over you!
Many, if not most people, are dragging their past with them everywhere they go.
It’s exhausting. It takes a lot of energy. It robs you of so much joy now – when you hold onto an unresolved and unforgiving past.
