forgive yourselfWhy Forgive?

Many people go through life without forgiving themselves for anything.

“Why bother? It’s in the past – I got over it.”

And so they don’t.

It’s called denial:

“I don’t have a problem with that situation…

that event…

that bad habit…

that painful relationship…

that failure…

that lack of money…

that whatever.”

Many use denial and avoidance as a tool for coping with life.
