“I decided to go off of Zoloft….”
I had discovered a homeopathic antidepressent called Deprex which has, among other ingredients, St. John’s wort.
I started the Deprex, and cut my Zoloft in half to “taper” myself off. I only did this because I am a nurse, and common sense told me not to “cold turkey” it.
My doctor who put me on Zoloft 3 years ago for PMDD never told me anything about withdrawal from Zoloft if I ever decide to discontinue.
Mentally, I actually felt better with the half dose of Zoloft at taking the Deprex than I had with a full dose of Zoloft, so I thought “this is great!”.
Then started the weird symptoms. Sudden nausea that lasted less than a minute, extreme dizzyness lasting about 5 seconds, piercing head pain lasting a couple of moments.
I thought maybe I was pregnant, because my period also was about 3 weeks late! Needless to say, I was not pregnant. After a week or so of those symptoms, I was helping my mom after surgery, and noticed that I was increasingly clumsy. One day as I was helping her in to the car, I looked down toward my feet and saw an orange “tracer” when I moved my foot! What the heck!?!?
At that point I looked up on the internet “Zoloft withdrawal”. Bingo! I was having all of the symptoms, and I had only cut my dose in half! Now I’m scared to cut it even more, but I know I have to.
I swear, I never would have taken Zoloft in the first place if I had known getting off of it would be so bad, but it reinforces my desire to rid my body of this med!!!!

In addition to reading and perhaps learning from these comments, you might also want to read about the hidden energies that control your life right now.
I almost feel guilty because my life has become so enjoyable and so easy. Especially since I remember how miserable I used to be.
Basically it comes down to making one slight shift in what you do everyday, and you can watch in amazement as your life slowly begins to start working out in almost every way.
It’s such an important change that I’ve written a complete e-book about it. And I’d like to give you a copy for free. All you have to do is write your first name and primary email address into the space below, and you’ll be receiving a link to download the e-book right away.
